Hi, I’m Zen. I co-own and operate Destination Design, a web design and branding agency focused on transforming the online presences of small businesses. At the beginning of 2020, I saw many small businesses near me shut down partially or permanently, while others on the same block, expanded massively.

The difference between the two? 80% of the businesses near me that shut down had an outdated website or none at all. On the other side, the businesses that expanded during the pandemic had simple, but powerful online presences that allowed them to turn everyone at home and online, into paying customers.
